These Terms of Use govern your use of B2B.ID and this site. The platform's own terms are published at b2b.id/terms; where the two differ, the platform's terms govern your account.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using B2B.ID, including creators.b2b.id, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts and eligibility

A B2B ID represents a business. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to represent the business on your B2B ID. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Your B2B ID

You control the identity fields, offerings and categories you publish. Activity recorded between B2B IDs, such as accepted partnerships, referrals and recommendations, is attributed to the businesses involved and may not be altered unilaterally. You may not publish misleading claims about your business, audience or offerings.

Requests, opportunities and partnerships

Businesses use B2B.ID to send requests, post opportunities, propose partnerships, refer and recommend each other and sell offerings. The terms of any engagement that follows are agreed between the participating businesses. B2B.ID provides the platform on which these interactions happen and records them; it is not a party to the underlying agreements and does not guarantee their performance.

Pricing and commission

Creating a B2B ID is free. A commission applies only when a deal closes on the platform, as published at https://b2b.id/pricing. You agree to conduct deals that originate on B2B.ID in accordance with the platform's published pricing terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to engage in good faith. Spam, misrepresentation, harassment, scraping, unauthorised automation and abuse of requests, referrals or recommendations are prohibited and may result in suspension or removal.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your B2B ID and grant B2B.ID a licence to display it as needed to operate the platform. You may not use the B2B.ID name or marks without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

B2B.ID is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, requests, deals or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time from the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA.

Changes to these terms
