Scope
This policy covers the B2B.ID platform at b2b.id and its verticals, including creators.b2b.id. creators.b2b.id is an informational site; accounts, B2B IDs, requests, partnerships and billing are created and held on the b2b.id platform. The data controller for both is B2B.ID LLC.
Information we collect
When you create a B2B ID we collect what you provide: your name, business details, contact information, the offerings, categories and other content you publish on your B2B ID, and activity on the platform such as requests, partnerships, referrals and recommendations. On this site and on the platform we also collect basic usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, referring page) to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
To operate B2B.ID: to display your B2B ID to other businesses, to deliver requests and opportunities, to record partnerships, referrals and recommendations, to process any commission due when a deal closes, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the platform secure and reliable.
What other businesses see
Your B2B ID is designed to be discoverable by other businesses on the platform. The identity fields, offerings and categories you publish, together with recorded partnerships, referrals and recommendations, are visible to businesses using B2B.ID. You decide what to publish on your B2B ID. We do not sell personal information.
Attribution between this site and the platform
When you click Create Your B2B ID on creators.b2b.id, the link to b2b.id carries attribution parameters (the source site, the page and the placement clicked) so the platform can understand which content led to a sign-up. These parameters do not contain personal information.
